For any information related to this privacy policy, Users may\u00a0<strong>contact the Data Controller<\/strong>\u00a0at any time, using the following methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By sending a registered letter with return receipt to the registered office of the Data Controller<\/li>\n<li>By sending an email to the address\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:unitec@unitec-group.com\"><strong>unitec@unitec-group.com.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Users personal data will be processed lawfully by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulations for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Browsing the website<\/strong>, with respect to the possibility of detecting User data that are necessary on a technical level, such as the IP address, while browsing the website.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sending newsletters<\/strong>, when specifically requested by the individual concerned.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responding to your requests for information<\/strong>, sent to us through the contact form provided. Specifically, you will be asked for Full Name and Company Name to identify you, Country to address the request to the person in charge of the specific area, Email and Telephone to contact you and respond to your request as effectively as possible, and Message where you can specify the reason for contacting us.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal obligations<\/strong>, i.e. to fulfill obligations envisaged by the law, an authority, a regulation or European legislation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Receipt of resumes used for the selection of personnel<\/strong>, through the dedicated website (unitec.sites.altamiraweb.com) where applicants register and upload their resumes.
